Stoic Men’s Fitness was created to help Men Over 40 conquer the obstacles experienced in life. By using fitness and the practice of Stoicism, you will see how much easier it is to power through these roadblocks.
I’ve had numerous setbacks in my life over the years, and honestly, many of them are my own undoing. As challenging as they are, I live with my mistakes, and more importantly, learn from them. The best ways which have worked for me in overcoming these pitfalls, were by exercising and using Stoicism.
There will be many things I will be discussing to help you get out of the rut that may be eating away at you because of your setbacks. Specifically, I’m talking about difficulties that are keeping you from moving forward and getting into shape. I’ve been down the road with pain from injuries, illnesses, depression, challenges with career/money, etc. My name is Mitch Hall and I can help you every step of the way because these experiences have given me the battle scars.
